Create a lasting legacy by adding LAFH to your living plans. It’s easy! Use this sample language to include LAFH in your bequest plans:
“ I give [ __ percent of my estate, or description of asset, or ____ dollars] to LA Family Housing, a California nonprofit corporation, 7843 Lankershim Blvd., N. Hollywood, CA 91605 (LA Family Housing Tax ID 95-3920560), for its general use.”

DIRECT STOCK, BONDS AND ANNUITIES TO CREATE HOMES:
LA Family Housing gladly accepts donations of stocks, bonds, real estate and other assets. Donation policies and procedures vary depending on the items donated, IRS regulations and market ability of the assets.
